Orgasmik Chicken

Enough for 12 Quarters  
  Goes well with Chicken in a Smoker but may be Grilled low heat

2 1/2

Cups King Gourmet Marinade

3

Whole Chickens ( Skin Removed and 1/4 chicken pieces )

3

Cups Boiling Water (for added water in Smoker Water Bowl)

3

Chunks Hickory Wood ( for Smoke)
 
 
Directions:Pre Heat with Water Smoker till Ready. As per unit instructions.
Drain Marinade into Smoker Water Bowl.
Add Chicken to Racks, and close lid.
Let Smoke for About 4 hrs. as per smoker instructions.
Serve With Hot Tatter Wedges.

Notes: Chicken and Marinade amount may be reduced but rest should remain the same.
Also May be done on a BBQ But Baste frequently with Marinade, Cook over Med. heat
You may add to coals a few Hickory Chips for flavor.
